The extraction method is Ethanol-based with a capacity of 1.5ton of biomass per 8h shift or around 3 tons per 16h shift. This can be even increased if needed by adding more centrifuges.

In order to provide our customers with premium CBD extracts, we decided to use ethanol-based extraction, which is recognized as GRAS by the FDA, and safe for human consumption.

Alcohol extracts more substances from the plant than CO2 (e.g. amino acids, flavonoids, which are not soluble in CO2)

Alcohol extraction is much better than any other extraction method because it extracts the largest amount of substances compared to other solvents, which ensures maximum bioavailability for the end product and thus greater effect on the body.

Using ethanol extraction, we are able to extract water- and fat-soluble micronutrients such as flavonoids and other secondary plant substances.

Thanks to this property, the extracts obtained from it taste very good, contain the entire spectrum of plant substances that are easily usable by the organism, and guarantee the entourage effect.
